Rules

1. At the start of the game each player starts with 5 cards.
2. The player that starts is determined by the player that is employed the longest at their current job.
3. Each player will begin their turn by drawing a card from the action pile.
4. Players can use their actions card as either the actions that is described or as 1 budget point.
   1. Budget can be spent to:
      1. Buy tools or hire employees
      2. Play actions cards
   2. In your next turn all your cards spent as budget will return back to your hand.
